We are pleased to announce an open call for quotations and expressions of interest from qualified local vendors, informal contractors, and small businesses in Montserrado County to apply for registration as Preferred Vendors with The Kids’ Educational Engagement Project.
This initiative aims to build a reliable, diverse, and competitive pool of suppliers and service providers for our operations.
Scope of Registration:
We are seeking vendors across various categories, including but not limited to:
1. Welding and Fabrication Services
2. Construction/Masonry Services
3. Stationery and Office Supplies
4. Electrical and Plumbing Services
5. Printers Repair and Maintenance
6. Air conditioning Repair and Services
7. Photocopying services
8. Vehicle Rental
9. Painting and Painted Artwork Serviced
10. Graphics and Design
11. Building Material
12. Printing Services
13. Vehicle Repair
14. Motorcycle Maintenance
15. Motorbike parts
16. Cleaning Supplies
17. Catering services
18. Security Services
19. Woods/Planks supplies
Eligibility Criteria
1. Must be preferably a registered business with an up to date tax clearance or individual contractor operating locally.
2. Must provide a valid quotation for goods/services relevant to their area of expertise.
3. Informal contractors and small businesses are strongly encouraged to apply, as we are committed to fostering local economic growth.
Required Documents
Interested vendors are requested to submit the following:
1. Company/Business registration certificate (if applicable).
2. Tax identification number or equivalent (if available).
3. Price lists or quotations for relevant goods and and services.
4. Profile or summary of experience and capabilities.
5. Contact details, including phone number and email address.

Terms and Conditions
Registration as a preferred vendor does not guarantee a contract award but allows for consideration in future procurement opportunities.
All applications will be reviewed thoroughly, and selected vendors will be contacted for further engagement.
