In early February, KEEP held its first one day Annual Retreat at it’s Central office in Monrovia. Staffs from its Montserrado, Gbarpolu and Grand Gedeh field offices and an assigned inspirator participated.
The goal of the retreat was to discuss activities of 2015, build consensus on strategic practices and lesson learned.
Various topics were covered to also develop staff and help them perform in their roles better. Topics included Communication and Reporting Obligations,
Understanding The Right Based Approach To Program (delivered by Gladys Nairuba- Inspirator) and there was a “Walkthrough Of Program Activities For 2016”. There was also an extensive discussion held on “Lessons Learned 2015” which we hope will guide us in our future activities.
