Looking backwards and looking forward is important for any organization.
Like every year for the last 9 years, Team KEEP meets again to reflect and plan at her three days staff retreat.
The sessions covered staff performance review meetings, sectional presentations, reflections etc. The team developed strategies and had conversations around how to strengthen KEEP’s internal control systems, what was done well the past year, what could be improved upon, what can count as our strengths,
what opportunities exist that KEEP can explore, what known threats can be anticipated and which programs should be scraped or scaled down.
We are set, ready and hopeful as we engage this year that promises to be great, as we work towards effectively implementing our programs to achieve realistic outcomes.
