Job Overview: The Social Worker will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering communities by actively participating in sector coordination meetings, supervising girls clubs and climate justice clubs, producing monthly reports, conducting community meetings, and creating awareness about KEEP’s programs. This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to promoting social justice, community development, and climate action.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in sector coordination meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
· Supervise girls clubs and climate justice clubs, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to the members.
· Produce detailed and accurate monthly reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.
· Conduct community meetings to engage with local residents, identify their needs, and address their concerns.
· Create awareness about KEEP’s programs through various channels, including workshops, presentations, and social media.
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance community participation and engagement in KEEP’s initiatives.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interventions.
· Provide psychosocial support to individuals and families as needed.
Qualifications:
· AA degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is required.
· Proven experience in community development, social work, or a similar role.
· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
· Fluency in local dialects of Grand Gedeh and Gbarplu Counties.
· Must know how to ride a motorcycle or demonstrate the willingness to learn to ride.

Job Title: Program Officer

Job Summary:
The Program Officer is responsible for supporting with program activities including the development of concept notes, budgets, work plans, conducting of field training on a wide variety of activities including but not limited to gender and education projects. The Program Officer will also support with community engagement, information dissemination, fundraising etc.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Serves as lead on key donor specific projects as assigned.
- Prepares monthly program reports for projects being managed.
- Attends consultative meetings with relevant coalitions and forums and ministries to represent KEEP and provide feedback summary.
- Supports with the development of concept notes and ideas on programme being developed or applied for.
- Represent KEEP Liberia at County level coordination meetings.
- Support project monitoring and document progress include successful human-interest stories of impact.
- Maintain a proper filing and documentation system for programme activities.
- Coordinates the compilation of KEEP’s Annual Report.
- Support with the compilation of stories of impact for KEEP’s blog and website and social pages.
- Support with developing of training plans and modules.
- Ensure implementation is in compliance with KEEP’s established policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duty as may be required.
- Collate information on donor-funded projects and produce a donor reporting schedule.

Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field of study.
- Must know how to ride a motorcycle.
- Minimum of 3 years previous work-related skills with a non-governmental organization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003/2007, ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, data analysis package and database software; email and internet
- Community engagement experience is desired.
- Good communication skills required. Both written and spoken.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations and problem solve.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and a team setting.
Available to work at flexible schedule that may include evenings and sometimes weekends and or holidays based on project activities.
