Background on KEEP: KEEP is a registered and accredited national Non-profit Organization that works at the grassroots level in 9 counties in Liberia and focuses on providing various support in the education sector, particularly at the primary school level. KEEP also engages in women’s & girls’ empowerment, economic livelihood, access to justice, and promotion of rights in schools, strengthening youth education through computer and reading literacy programmes, child sponsorship, and advocacy.
Project Summary:
The Liberia Foundational Skills Activity (Liberia FSA) is a five-year program (2024-2029), financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in collaboration with Chemonics International, ltd., (Chemonics). The program will support Liberia to increase system efficiencies so more children, especially the marginalized and vulnerable, master foundational reading and social skills through schooling that is safe, relevant, and promotes well-being.
Quotation Specifics
Kids’ Educational Engagement Project (KEEP) Liberia is seeking quotations from qualified Liberian animators for the development of a series of contextualized awareness messages targeting Accelerated Learning education, overage age enrolment, an out of school children-related awareness materials. KEEP Liberia intends to use the illustrations for awareness activities in Nimba, Montserrado, Margibi, Lofa, Bong, and Grand Bassa Counties, and needs 30 to 60 seconds awareness messages in the following local vernaculars: Lorma, Kpelleh, Bassa, Gio, Mano, Mandingo. One jingle will be performed in “Liberian English.”
Qualified animators are asked to submit a quotation to info@keeplib.org providing samples of previous similar projects developed and completed along with letters of recommendation.
Quotation should capture the cost per animation and delivery timeline.

Kids’ Educational Engagement Project (KEEP) Liberia is seeking quotations from qualified Liberian illustrations for the development of a series of contextualized Accelerated Learning education-related awareness materials. KEEP Liberia intends to use the illustrations for awareness activities in Nimba, Montserrado, Margibi, Lofa, Bong, and Grand Bassa Counties, with approximately 20-30 illustrations to be created. Illustrations will be used on flyers, booklets, and social media. Qualified illustrators are asked to submit a quotation to info@keeplib.org outlining previous experiences/jobs successfully completed along with letters of recommendation.
Quotation should capture cost per illustration and delivery timeline.
