We are seeking proposals for conducting an external audit for the Fiscal Year 2024.

Submission Deadline: February 28, 2025
Objective: The primary objective of this external audit is to obtain an independent, professional opinion on our financial statements, evaluate our internal control systems, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The audit will cover:
- Verification of financial records and statements
- Examination of internal control systems
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assessment of risk management practices
Eligibility:
Interested audit firms must meet the following criteria:
- Registered and licensed to practice in Liberia
- Proven experience with non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
- Demonstrated capacity to conduct comprehensive financial audits
- Strong reputation for integrity and reliability
Deliverables: The selected firm will be responsible for delivering:
- Audit Report: A comprehensive report detailing the findings and providing an opinion on the financial statements.
- Management Letter: Recommendations for improving internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance practices.
